We aim to be a valuable bridge between employers and workers by nurturing and supporting Sri Lankan technical intern trainees and specific skilled workers seeking employment in Japan, helping to alleviate the labor shortage for Japanese companies and providing new career opportunities for Sri Lankan youth.
